Right of withdrawal


You have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. In this case, you will be refunded for all shipping costs. However, you are required to return the item, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Attention: returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on the site hiro.design


How to do it? To make your return, follow these simple steps:


1. Contact our customer service: If you are not fully satisfied with your order and want to make a return, write to shop@hiro.design Please indicate your return request and order number in the subject line. To expedite the process, please attach the withdrawal form, which can be downloaded at this link . We will contact you with specific instructions.


2. Return packaging: prepare the package with the original box containing the product or products you wish to return.

3. Returning products via courier: We'll send you a label to stick on the box and arrange for the courier to collect it from your address (the same address we delivered the order to).

4. Return Confirmation and Refund: After receiving your return, we'll verify that the product(s) meet our return policy (i.e., they're intact and undamaged). We'll then refund you via the same payment method you used for the purchase, as quickly as possible. The amount we advanced to the courier for returning the item will be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year warranty for defects on purchased products.


How to define a defect?


First of all, remember that the items sold on hiro.design They are produced in small series using a combination of industrial and artisanal production methods. Any small imperfections and irregularities, therefore, should not be considered defects, but rather characteristics that make each of our items unique and authentic.

If, however, you believe that the product you received has malformations or defects, contact us immediately by email shop@hiro.design indicating the order number, the problem and sending at least one photo of the problem.


If we deem it necessary to inspect the item, we will collect it at our expense. If the evaluation indicates a defect, we will repair it, if possible, or replace it. If this is not possible, we will refund the full price, including shipping costs.
