FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY

Please note that shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page.
We'll notify you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse and provide tracking information to track your shipment to your home.


We currently deliver within 4 weeks (8 weeks for pre-order products).

ATTENTION: If you ordered multiple items, the shipping times to be considered are those of the item with the longest lead times. If you have special requests, please contact us at shop@hiro.design.

Why don't we deliver in 2 days?

Simple: we don't have warehouses full of products!
Your item is produced after your order, either as a one-of-a-kind piece or as part of a small series. We build it entirely in Italy , in our workshops, with largely manual labor.

" If it were up to us, your order would already be on its way. And we'd be right there with it, to personally deliver it to you! "


Instead, we have to wait for our craftsmen to produce your item in our workshops. You know, those things: cutting, assembling, coloring.
Then it's Flavia, Lucas, Daniela , and Rezarta 's turn to pack and ship. Then we have to rely on the couriers, who are better than us at finding your way home.


To do all this, it takes a bit of time . That's why we've calculated about 4 WEEKS from receiving your order (8 weeks for pre-order products).

This time is an estimate that can vary depending on the period: sometimes in our workshops everyone is hard at work building something Hiro.

Andrea, Michele, Salvatore and all the others always tell us that they “only have two hands”.
Sometimes, however, the couriers have full vans and make us wait a little longer. In any case, we always try to respect these delivery times! We know you're eager to receive your order.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number upon shipment, allowing you to follow your order's progress to your doorstep.

ATTENTION: If you notice any anomalies upon delivery (such as missing one or more packages or visible damage to the packaging) or suspect something may be damaged, please ACCEPT WITH RESERVATIONS (WITH REASON). This is very important so we can arrange for the damaged item to be replaced.

What to do? Ask the carrier to include the wording "GOODS RECEIVED WITH RESERVATION" on the delivery document, SPECIFYING THE REASON (e.g., "goods collected with reservation due to crushed packaging" or "goods collected with reservation due to missing packages" or "collected with reservation due to noise from broken components"). Here are some examples of visible damage: tears, cracks, crushing, perforations, or other similar damage. Suspicious noises coming from inside the package are also a sign of damage. If serious damage is evident, you can also REJECT the shipment with the reason "GOODS DAMAGED." In all these cases, contact us immediately at shop@hiro.design
