NAME OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION
“Giveaway Dalfilo&Hiro - Back to Routine”
DURATION OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION
The prize competition will begin on September 10, 2024 and end on September 12, 2024.
TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The prize competition will be valid and will be held throughout the Italian Republic, the Republic of San Marino, and the Internet.
OBJECTIVE OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION
This prize competition is being held by Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl for the sole purpose of promoting their Instagram profiles and encouraging the distribution and sale of their products.
RECIPIENTS
This prize competition is open to individuals already registered on Instagram at the time of publication of these rules, which will take place on the opening day of the prize competition, i.e., September 10, 2024. The Promoters reserve the right to request confirmation of the date of registration on Instagram from participants if it is not possible to verify this from the profile itself.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION
No purchase is required to enter the contest. Participants can participate for free. The only requirement is to register on Instagram before the contest begins, as detailed in the "RECIPIENTS" section.
PRIZE
The prize will consist of the following products (total deposit amount €164.00):
- n.1 Honeycomb Bathrobe, color of the winner's choice from the shades available at the company, worth €90.00, VAT included, brand Dalfilo srl;
- n.1 Honeycomb Face and Hands Set, worth €25.00, VAT included, Dalfilo srl brand;
- n.1 Organizer Everyday Box, color of your choice from the standard colors available at the company, excluding Beige Luxor and Midnight Blue, worth €49.00, VAT included, brand Hiro srl
The prizes up for grabs are non-transferable, non-substitutable, non-convertible into cash, and non-marketable.

If the prize is unclaimed or unsold at the end of the period, it will be donated to the "Gli amici dell'Ambulatorio il Sorriso" association, with registered office in Albavilla, Via Cavour, 13, Tax Code No. 93012520131.
HOW THE PRIZE COMPETITION IS CONDUCTED
To participate in the prize competition, all Recipients must perform the following actions between September 10, 2024 and September 12, 2024:
- follow both Instagram profiles of the Promoters: dalfilo.official, available at the following link https://www.instagram.com/dalfilo.official/, and hiro_your_design, available at the following link https://www.instagram.com/hiro_your_design/;
- "Like" the post announcing the Giveaway published jointly on both Promoters' pages; to this end, since it's a single collaborative post, it will be sufficient to "Like" the post published on just one of the Promoters' profiles;
- comment on the post announcing the Giveaway, published collaboratively on both Promoters' pages, tagging two people. Since this is a single collaborative post, commenting on just one of the posts published on the Promoters' profiles, tagging two people, will suffice.
Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl will not be responsible for any delayed and/or incomplete logins to Instagram.
EXTRACTION
The winner will be identified through a draw, which will be carried out via the WASK application starting from September 13, 2024 and in any case no later than September 30, 2024, in compliance with current regulations, in the presence of a Chamber of Commerce official.
SOFTWARE
For the purposes of the draw, a technician prepared a specific report certifying that the WASK software complies with legal requirements. This document is attached to the event's launch documentation submitted to the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy.
VALIDATION OF THE WIN AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The winner will be selected through a draw, which will be conducted via the WASK application starting on September 13, 2024, and in any case no later than September 30, 2024, in compliance with current regulations. The winner will be contacted by Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl approximately within 2 or 3 business days of the draw.
The winner will be notified via direct message on their Instagram account. The prize will be delivered by mail, at Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl's expense, to the address specified by the winner for the sole purpose of prize delivery.
Prize acceptance must occur no later than 10 days after notification of the win. If the winner refuses or fails to respond to the prize, the two alternates drawn will be contacted in the order in which they were drawn. To accept the prize, the winner, after verifying the eligibility requirements set forth in these rules, must also provide their consent when contacted.
The winner must notify Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl of their name and the address to which the prize should be sent within 3 days of accepting the prize, otherwise they will not be entitled to the prize. The prize will be delivered within 180 days of winning, as required by current legislation. If the prize is accepted and subsequently not enjoyed for reasons not attributable to Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl, the prize will still be considered awarded. The winner will have no further claims. The prize will be delivered by mail or courier directly to the winner's address. If the prize is delivered via carriers/shipping agents (couriers, express couriers, or post), Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl cannot be held responsible if the external packaging has been evidently tampered with, broken, and/or damaged. Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl assume no responsibility for non-delivery of the prize due to the winner providing incorrect addresses or personal information, or for postal errors, or in the event of loss of the coupon, or serious delays in delivery due to the postal or logistics service.
If the winner provides formal consent (not mandatory), Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl may choose to disclose the winner's identity; if consent is not provided, Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl may choose to disclose only the winner's name and province of residence.
Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl reserve the right to verify and compare the winner's information before validating the prize, requesting a copy of the winner's valid identity document.
Any entry deemed fraudulent and the resulting prize will be verified and subjected to all necessary checks. If the verification confirms fraudulent entry, the prize will be forfeited.
In the event of fraudulent participation, Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl reserve the right to take all appropriate measures to protect their interests, including through judicial authorities.
ADVERTISING
All advertising messages relating to this prize competition will be consistent with these rules. The complete rules are on file at the offices of the Promoting Companies and can be viewed on the websites www.dalfilo.com and https://hiro.design. This prize competition will be
advertised on the websites www.dalfilo.com and https://hiro.design , as well as on the Instagram channels https://www.instagram.com/dalfilo.official/ and https://www.instagram.com/hiro_your_design/ .
FINAL NOTES
The Promoting Companies declare that they waive the right to claim the withholding tax pursuant to art. 30 of Presidential Decree no. 600 of 29/09/73 in favor of the winner.
The Promoting Companies assume no responsibility for any access problems, impediments, malfunctions, or difficulties that may prevent the consumer from accessing the WEB service and participating in the competition.
The Promoting Companies assume no responsibility for any failure to deliver the prize due to participants providing incorrect and/or untrue personal information.
This prize competition is in no way connected to Instagram, which has no connection, agreement, or responsibility in its organization.
PRIVACY
Recipients' personal data will be processed in accordance with European Union (EU Regulation 679/2016) and Italian legislation on the processing of personal data. Dalfilo srl and Hiro srl inform Recipients that they are the data controllers and that their personal data will be collected and processed exclusively for the proper execution of the prize competition, also in accordance with the privacy notices available at the following links: Privacy Policy (dalfilo.com) and Privacy Policy (hiro.design).
