Returns

You are free to change your mind: you can return the purchased item within 14 days from the delivery date, for any reason.

In this case, you will be fully refunded for the costs incurred. However, you are required to return the item; return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If, however, you believe the product you received has defects or malfunctions, it falls under the 2-year warranty . In this case, we will collect the item at our expense for repair or replacement.

If you think it's a defect, please email shop@hiro.design with your order number, the problem, and at least one photo of the item.
