Access conditions to the Hiro B2B portal

By accessing and using the Hiro Srl B2B portal, the user fully accepts the following conditions:

1. Purpose of purchase

Products purchased through the B2B portal are intended exclusively for interior design and contract projects, furnishing consultancy, and direct supply to end customers on professional assignment. Purchasing and invoicing are permitted as part of a project. However, "pure resale" is not permitted, meaning displaying Hiro products in physical or virtual showrooms as part of a product range, or listing them in catalogs, e-commerce sites, or storefronts as if you were an official Hiro reseller.

2. Use of the Hiro trademark

The Hiro name, logo, and product images may not be used in advertising (online/offline), e-commerce, catalogs, or physical/digital showrooms, or to promote your own store or business. Any use of the trademark requires written authorization from Hiro Srl.

3. Control and revoke access

Hiro Srl reserves the right to: refuse access to the portal, suspend or revoke a B2B account in the event of violation of these conditions, and request the immediate removal of non-compliant content or promotional materials.
